Section 23-17-56 - School based health centers - Special requirements and exceptions(a) In order to apply for and/or maintain a current license as a school based health center, a person must possess a current license as a health care facility pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.(b) School based health centers shall be exempt from the provisions of §§ 23-17-14.3 and 23-17-14.4.R.I.
