Section 32A:17U - [Effective 11/21/2024] Coverage for postpartum depression and major depressive disorder screenings

The commission shall provide to any active or retired employee of the commonwealth who is insured under the group insurance commission coverage for postpartum depression and major depressive disorder screenings conducted pursuant to section 247 of chapter 111.
