Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The department shall promulgate regulations necessary to implement the requirements of this chapter. Such regulations shall include the establishment of standards concerning the education, training and experience of the managers and residence employees, including service coordinators.
