Section 515 - Sale to members of club and multiple activity club(a) A club or multiple activity club may apply to the Commissioner for a license to purchase spirits, wine, or beer and to sell the spirits, wine, or beer to a member of the club.(b)(1) A bottle club is not a club.Amended by Laws 2021, ch. 152,s 2, eff. 9/15/2021.38 Del.
