Section 9-107 - Attachment of lien to land in another county(a) If any part of the land is located within another county and the petitioner desires that the lien attach to the land in that county, the petitioner shall file a certified copy of the docket entries, of the court order, and of any required bond with the clerk of the circuit court for that county.(b) A lien attaches to the land or building in a county as of the time the documents required to be filed under subsection (a) of this section are filed with the clerk of the circuit court of that county.
