Section 5-9B-01 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Application" means an application by a local government to the Board of Public Works to fund the purchase of an interest in real property under a local land preservation program.(c) "Program" means a local land preservation program established in accordance with this subtitle.(d) "Sponsor" means a local government.
