Section 13-402 - Misrepresentation - Physical therapist(a) Unless licensed to practice physical therapy under this title, a person may not represent to the public by title that the person is licensed to practice physical therapy in this State.(b) Unless licensed to practice physical therapy under this title, a person may not use the abbreviation "P.T." or any other word, letter, or symbol approved by the Board with the intent to represent that the person practices physical therapy.
