Section 9-678 - Advances by Dorchester County; repayment(a) The Dorchester County Commissioners may advance funds to the Dorchester County Sanitary District, Inc., to meet the organizational and preliminary costs of establishing and constructing the shared facility.(b) From the first revenues received from benefit assessments made for the shared facility, the Sanitary Commission shall repay advances made under this section.
