Section 15-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Applicability of Deceptive Trade Practices Act

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any violation of Section 3, Section 8, or Section 9 shall be considered a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act under Chapter 19 of Title 8, Code of Alabama 1975.
