Service of Petition and Citation. The Petition and Citation seeking the appointment of an emergency guardian shall be served upon the alleged incapacitated person promptly and so as to facilitate the opportunity for the incapacitated person to appear at the hearing on the petition. In addition, notice of the proceeding to be given to such other persons as required under these Rules or in such other manner as the Court shall direct, unless the Court shall determine such notice is not feasible in the circumstances
