Rule 610 - Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law(1) A party may request the Viewers to specifically include in their report specific findings of fact. A party must orally make this request known to the Viewers and to opposing parties no later than the conclusion of the Hearing and shall electronically file and serve written proposed findings of fact within ten days of the conclusion of the Hearing.(2) The Viewers shall include in their report a written adoption or rejection of any requests for specific findings of fact made in accordance with subsection (1) of this Rule.Adopted October 4, 2006, effective 12/4/2006.
