Rule 11.022 - Waiver of Jurisdiction on Juveniles for Traffic, Boating and Game Violations

Pursuant to Presiding Judge Order 07-16 all cases involving a juvenile and an alleged violation of the Oregon Vehicle Code, Municipal traffic laws and any Oregon boating and or game laws, are waived into Jackson Circuit Court, Jackson Justice Court or appropriate Municipal court.
