Rule 202 - [Effective until 4/15/2025] Judgments from Which Appeal May Be Taken(a) An appeal may be taken to the supreme court from a final judgment entered by the superior court, in the circumstances specified in AS 22.05.010, or from a final decision entered by the Alaska Workers' Compensation Appeals Commission in the circumstances specified in AS 23.30.129. (b) An appeal may be taken to the court of appeals from a final judgment entered by the superior court or the district court, in the circumstances specified in AS 22.07.020.SCO 439 effective 11/15/1980; amended by SCO 1204 effective 7/15/1995; and by SCO 1671 effective 10/15/2008
