Section 126-32-5 - Basis for Issuing the State of West Virginia High School Equivalency Diploma
5.1. Individuals who take the WVDE-approved HSE test and achieve minimum passing scores as determined by the WVDE shall receive a State of West Virginia High School Equivalency Diploma.
