Section 126-32-13 - Falsification of the High School Equivalency Assessment Information and/or Center Violations
13.1. Any falsification of information and/or cheating on the HSE test shall result in penalties as outlined in the testing policies and procedures in the West Virginia HSE Test Administrator's Manual which is available upon request by contacting the WVDE HSE Coordinator.
13.2. Testing center violations shall be processed according to the procedures outlined in the West Virginia HSE Test Administrator's Manual, and may include suspension or loss of testing privileges and potential criminal prosecution.
