Section 504-26-204 - [Effective 12/20/2024] Physical harm or threat(1) Physical harm includes, but is not limited to, any injury, damage, or impairment to the body caused to another person.(2) Threat includes, but is not limited to, a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action to another person. Threat can come in the form of actions or words. Threat does not include speech that is protected under the first amendment.Wash. Admin. Code § 504-26-204
