Section 434-112-040 - Standards for confirmation of filed records

Confirmation of filing of all paper or electronic records filed by the division is sent to the registered agent's email address on behalf of the entity when processing is completed, and to the return email address for the entity, if provided. Date-stamped copies of all records filed by the division are maintained in the online filing system and can be viewed and downloaded from that site.
