Section 388-829C-315 - What is a violation of the room and board agreement?(1) A provider violates the room and board agreement if the provider: (a) Requests the client's room and board payment earlier than the due date established in the room and board agreement; or(b) Requests a payment other than the amount established in the room and board agreement.(2) If the provider violates the room and board agreement, the provider must reimburse the client under WAC 388-829C-290.Wash.
