Section 388-71-1120 - How must competency test administration be standardized?To standardize competency test administration, testing must include the following components:
(1) The person teaching the course must administer or supervise the administration of all testing; and(2) The tester must follow the DSHS guidelines for:(a) The maximum length of time allowed for testing;(b) The amount and nature of instruction given to students before beginning a test;(c) The amount of assistance to students allowed during testing;(d) The accommodation guidelines for students with disabilities; and(e) Accessibility guidelines for students with limited English proficiency.Wash.
