Section 856.44 - Mental Restoration Services(a) VRD provides mental restoration services for mental conditions that are stable or slowly progressive.(b) VRD provides psychiatric treatment as a limited service on a short-term basis only to support achievement of the employment outcome.(c) VRD provides psychotherapy as a limited service on a short-term basis only to support achievement of the employment outcome.40 Tex.
