Section 809.42 - Eligibility Verification, Determination, and Redetermination(a) A Board shall ensure that its child care contractor verifies all eligibility requirements for child care services prior to authorizing child care.(b) A Board shall ensure that eligibility for child care services shall be redetermined no sooner than 12 months following the initial determination or most recent redetermination.40 Tex.
