Section 0720-12-.06 - REPORTS CONCERNING OUTPATIENT DIAGNOSTIC CENTERS

For every certificate of need for the establishment of an outpatient diagnostic center, reporting shall be made to the Health Services and Development Agency within two (2) years after the date of receiving a certificate of need as to whether the outpatient diagnostic center has become accredited by the American College of Radiology in the modalities provided by that facility.
