Section 74:36:13:08 - Compliance assurance monitoring

The owner or operator of a unit that is subject to 40 C.F.R. § 64.2 (July 1, 2018), must comply with 40 C.F.R. §§ 64.1 and 64.3 to 64.10, inclusive, (July 1, 2018).
