Section 74:36:13:04 - Notice to department of exceedance

Any emissions that exceed the standards listed in 40 C.F.R. Part 60 (July 1, 2018) or this article that are detected through continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) must be reported to the department within the time constraints as determined by the secretary in the permit to operate.
