The computations for determining if the applicable standard is met, along with the analytical methods to be used, will be those applicable Federal Reference Methods and Interpretations published in the Appendices to 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 50, or those methods designated as Federal Equivalent Methods (FEM) in accordance with 40 CFR Part 53.
