Section 567.51 - Water supply(a) Water shall be obtained from a municipal or private water system approved by the Department of Environmental Resources and in compliance with applicable Federal and Commonwealth regulations and local ordinances.(b) Provisions shall be made for an emergency supply of water when the usual source of water is neither usable nor available.
