Section 73.95 - Closure of school(a) The Board shall be notified 30 days in advance if a school intends to close.(b) License or registration will automatically terminate if a school closes.(c) Reopening of a school which has closed shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter relating to license application. The application shall be considered an application for an original license.
