Section 950-050-0100 - Letter of Qualification(1) If the Authority determines that the qualification requirements in OAR 950-050-0040, 950-050-0050, and 950-050-0060 and any applicable renewal requirements have been met, a letter of qualification shall be issued.(2) Letters of qualification are valid for 48 months from the date of issue and are renewable.Or.
