Section 695-040-0140 - Grant Agreement Conditions

The Council Capacity grantee shall be required to:

(1) Submit to OWEB an annual work plan update;

(2) Submit an annual report to all local government entities that designated the council; and

(3) Obtain appropriate levels of insurance coverage commensurate with council activities.
