Each Recipient must secure an enforceable agreement, approved by OHFA, from the Residents of each Property to maintain the Property and to report the need for any repairs, servicing or maintenance to or related to the Property to the Recipient immediately. The agreement must be in a form acceptable to OHFA and must state in clear and simple terms that violation of the agreement may result in termination of the agreement and eviction from the Property pursuant to 41 O.S., Section 132. The Residents must also agree to maintain the Property in a drug-free environment.
