Section 4755:1-1-04 - Active practice defined(A) In accordance with section 4755.05 of the Revised Code, only persons licensed by the occupational therapy section of the board shall practice or offer to practice occupational therapy.(B) The practice of occupational therapy, as used in Chapter 4755. of the Revised Code, means engaging in occupational therapy, as defined in division (A) of section 4755.04 of the Revised Code.(C) As used in division 4755:1 of the Administrative Code, "not engaged in the practice of occupational therapy for more than five years" means being actively engaged in the practice of occupational therapy for fewer than two hundred fifty hours over the five year period prior to the date the applicant submits the endorsement or reinstatement application.
