Section 3342-5-04 - University policy regarding authorization to contract on behalf of the university(A) Contracts and agreements including lease agreements negotiated on behalf of the university must be authorized by the president, a vice president or the board.(B) Any person intending to enter into an agreement which will or may bind the university, any of its subparts, or any of its auxiliaries must obtain prior authorization from the president, a vice president or collective action by the board.
