Section 75-03-40-07 - Denial or revocation1. A facility license may be denied or revoked under the terms and conditions of North Dakota Century Code chapter 50-11 or if the applicant or facility has violated any provision of North Dakota Century Code chapter 50-11 or fails to meet the minimum requirements of this chapter.2. If the department decides to revoke a license, the department shall notify the facility in writing of its decision and the reasons for revocation. Upon receipt of notification arrangements shall be made by the facility in cooperation with each resident's custodian and parent or guardian for alternative placement.3. A facility whose application for licensure has been revoked or denied may appeal to the department under the provisions of North Dakota Century Code sections 50-11-08 and 50-11-09.
