Section 75-03-07.1-04 - One per residence - Nontransferability of self-declaration and emergency designee1. The department may not authorize more than one in-home registration, self-declaration, or license per residence. A residence means real property that is typically used as a single family dwelling. 2. The applicant may identify one emergency designee for the self-declaration at the time of the application. The emergency designee must be at least eighteen years old and must be approved by the department.3. The provider shall be on the premises supervising the children at all times when children are present, except in situations during which the emergency designee is providing care.4.
