Section 03B .0302 - LOANS TO THE MUSEUM

(a) The museum may request or receive temporary or long-term loans of works of art from other organizations or individuals for exhibition, study, and other purposes. A written loan agreement or the incoming receipt will govern each loan.

(b) The museum will be responsible for the care and safekeeping of works lent to it only to the extent of exercising such precautions as it has adopted for the care and safekeeping of its own collections.
