Section 03B .0301 - LOANS FROM THE MUSEUM'S COLLECTIONS

(a) Works of art from the museum's collections may be lent to other organizations according to G.S. 140-5.14(5) and policies adopted by the Board of Trustees.

(b) A written agreement specifying the conditions under which a work is lent will be signed by an authorized representative of the museum and the borrowing organization. In the event no agreement is signed, the conditions on the museum's outgoing receipt will govern the loan.
