It shall be the duty of each operator and each employee or other person associated with each such licensee to report promptly when requested or ordered to do so by any official of the commission in furtherance of an investigation or hearing pursuant to this Title and to testify under oath concerning any facts within such licensee's or such person's knowledge and to produce any books, records, written matter or other evidence within such licensee's or such person's possession or control relevant to such matter.
