Section 5328.1 - DefinitionsUnless the context indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply throughout this Part. The definitions contained in Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, to the extent to which they are not in conflict with this Part, are fully incorporated into this Part by reference.
(a) Casino alcoholic beverage license means a license issued to a gaming facility licensee, or a licensed or registered vendor providing alcoholic beverages within a gaming facility, for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail in accordance with Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law section 1340 and this Part.(b) Complimentary means without payment of money or other form of monetary-like consideration.N.Y.
