Section 5319.35 - RNG requirements

The selection of game symbols or production of game outcomes for a gaming device using a RNG shall:

(a) be statistically independent;

(b) conform to the desired random distribution;

(c) pass various recognized statistical tests; and

(d) be unpredictable.
