A gaming facility licensee shall retain unclaimed funds, cash and prizes for the period prescribed by Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law section 1354. U nclaimed funds, cash and prizes shall be reported to the commission on the gross gaming revenue report during the week in which the funds, cash and prizes expire and shall be remitted to the commission with the gross gaming revenue for that week.
