Section 51.7 - Exemptions

Farm vehicles registered under subdivision 13 of section 401 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, self-propelled combines, selt-propelled corn and hay harvesting machines and tractors used exclusively for agricultural purposes are exempt from the provisions of this Part.
