Section 6A:23A-21.6 - Multi-year leasing

A district board of education or charter school board of trustees shall execute multi-year leases only as authorized by the Public School Contracts Law at N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42.f and 18A:20-4.2(f) and in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-3.
