Section Ch 305.01 - Qualifications for Licensure by EndorsementAn applicant shall be qualified for licensure by endorsement if the applicant:
(a) Is currently licensed, permitted or otherwise authorized to practice chiropractic in another state or territory of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico;(b) Has been in active practice for at least 3 consecutive years in the licensing jurisdiction in question during the 5 years immediately preceding the application;(c) Has met the educational requirements specified in Ch 303.02;(d) Has already taken and passed the following parts of the NBCE examinations:(3) Part III if the applicant was licensed after January 1, 1990; and(4) Part IV if the applicant was licensed after January 1, 1996.(e) Has passed the examination described in Ch 304.01(b);(f) Is not disqualified pursuant to Ch 305.02; and(g) Has paid the fees set forth in Ch 306.01(a) and (b).N.H.
