Section 607.210 - Answer to complaint1. A respondent, within 15 days after being served with a copy of a complaint, shall file his answer to the complaint with the Commissioner and serve a copy of the answer on the complainant and every other person who is a party to the proceeding.2. Matters that are alleged as an affirmative defense must be separately stated and numbered.3. If the respondent fails to answer within 15 days, the Commissioner may determine that the respondent is in default and issue a decision and order based solely on the facts as presented in the complaint. A decision issued by the Commissioner pursuant to this subsection constitutes the final order of the Commissioner on the matter.Nev. Admin. Code § 607.210
