Section 489.314 - License as general serviceperson or specialty serviceperson required for owner or responsible managing employee of certain businessesAn owner or responsible managing employee of a business must be licensed as a general serviceperson or specialty serviceperson if the business:
1. Installs any manufactured home, mobile home, commercial coach, manufactured building or factory-built housing; or2. Performs work on any manufactured home, mobile home, commercial coach, manufactured building or factory-built housing in one or more of the following categories: (a) Installation or repair of: (1) Awnings, roofing or skirting;(3) Heating or air-conditioning systems; or(b) Preparation for transport;(c) Reconstruction, by alteration, addition or substitution, of substantial or essential parts; or(d) Any other category of work that may be performed by a person who holds a license issued by the State Contractors' Board.Nev.
