Section 228.080 - Sufficiency of notice to applicant or certificate holder

Any notice that is required to be provided to an applicant or the holder of a certificate pursuant to NAC 228.010 to 228.225, inclusive, and sections 2 to 13, inclusive of this regulation shall be deemed sufficient if the notice is sent to the last address or electronic mail address provided to the Division by the applicant or holder, as applicable.
