Section 183-2-004 - ONE-CENT USE OF FUNDS

Eligible cancer and smoking disease research projects consist of the following investigations, studies, or experiments:

(1) Laboratory;

(2) Clinical;

(3) Population;

(4) Behavioral;

(5) Epidemiological;

(6) Field;

(7) Statistical;

(8) Basic; or

(9) Applied.

004.01 GENERAL. Any funds awarded must be expended solely for the work outlined in the approved research project and cannot be transferred to a non-cancer or non-smoking disease research related area at the eligible applicant institution.
