002.01CLEARANCE EXAMINATION. An activity conducted following lead-based paint hazard reduction activities to determine that the hazard reduction activities are complete and that no soil-lead hazards or surface dust-lead hazards, as defined in this part, exist in the dwelling unit or worksite. The clearance process includes a visual assessment and collection and analysis of environmental samples.002.02CLEARANCE LEVELS. The maximum allowable concentrations of lead on environmental surfaces.002.03COMPLETE APPLICATION. An application which contains all of the requested information, with attestation to its truth and completeness, signatures of the applicant(s), submitted with all required fees and documentation.002.04COURSE TEST BLUEPRINT. A written document identifying the proportion of the course test questions devoted to each major topic in the course curriculum.002.05SUCCESSFULLY PASS.
