Section 163-3-016 - Special Rules and Regulations for Subdivisions of this State016.01 These special rules and regulations governing operation of vessels, including water-skiing and other related activities, on waters administratively controlled by subdivisions of this State are adopted under authority of sections 37-1265 and 37-1266, R.R.S. 1993. They are effective following enactment by the Game and Parks Commission, approval by the Attorney General and Governor and when five days have elapsed after filing with the Secretary of State. 016.01A City lake - Phelps County, City of Holdrege 016.01A1 The maximum speed of any watercraft shall be 5 miles per hour (mph)/no wake.016.01B Crystal Cove Lake, Dakota County, South Sioux City 016.01B1 Open to non-powered vessels and those powered with conventional outboard electric motors. The use of internal combustion motors is prohibited.016.01C Holmes Lake, Lancaster County, City of Lincoln 016.01C1 Open to non-powered vessels and those powered with conventional outboard electric motors. The use of internal combustion motors is prohibited.016.01D Johnson Park Lake, Dodge County, City of Fremont 016.01D1 Open to non-powered vessels and those powered with conventional outboard electric motors. The use of internal combustion motors is prohibited.016.01E Lake Hastings - Adams County, City of Hastings. 016.01E1 All watercraft must be operated in a counter clockwise direction.016.01E2 The maximum speed of any watercraft shall be 35 miles per hour (mph).016.01F Skyview Lake - Madison County, City of Norfolk016.01F1 Open to non-powered vessels and those powered with conventional outboard electric motors. The use of internal combustion motors is prohibited.016.01G Spalding Lake - Greely County, Village of Spalding. 016.01G1 Speed in excess of five miles per hour is prohibited. Speed of all vessels must be reduced so the wash and wake will cause no discomfort, hazard, injury or damage to person, vessels or property.163 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 016
