Rule 6.6.603 - AUTHORIZATION OF THE COMMISSIONER(1) The commissioner may authorize an issuer to offer a medicare select policy or certificate, pursuant to ARM 6.6.601 through 6.6.614 and section 4358 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) of 1990, if the commissioner finds that the issuer has satisfied all of the requirements of ARM 6.6.601 through 6.6.614 and at the discretion of the commissioner has met the requirements of 33-22-901 through 33-22-924, MCA and ARM 6.6.501 through 6.6.522.NEW, 1996 MAR p. 907, Eff. 4/5/96.33-22-904 and 33-22-905, MCA; IMP, 33-22-901 through 33-22-924, MCA;
